Many of you in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Beach area already know Coach Bob.  Even if you don't know Coach there are so many valuable lessons from his years of wisdom.  We discuss his life as a Navy helicopter pilot and Commander.  We also discuss his transition from military to civilian life and more importantly how he chose the trajectory of a life of service to others.  Coach is an ambassador for Team In Training Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (teamintraining.org), Livestrong (livestrong.org), and of course the man we all love to hear read our name aloud as we cross the finish line of our favorite J&A racing event (jandaracing.com).  It is my distinct pleasure and honor to facilitate sharing the journey of one of the most humble and good hearted humans I have ever known.
