I've said it about 100000000 times! Athletes and coaches make great business leaders. Especially when they are able to take the lessons they've learned from their sport and apply it to servicing their clients, building a winning team, and providing value back into the community.

If there's anyone who knows how to win it is Coach Cory Cain. From 5 state championships at Allen high school, to coaching many players who are now in the NFL, Few have seen the level of success in their craft as our guest has. In order to experience that level of success comes with the requirement of growing through many failures and leveling up.

I loved getting to talk to Coach Cain for multiple reasons! We got to nerd out about football and leadership, of course! But, he offers a unique perspective on how he has been able to utilize the lessons he learned on the field and off the field to transition into his new role as a real estate agent.
