Today my guest is Coach Eric Clakely-Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Presbyterian College. Coach Clakely is in his first season as head coach there and unfortunately it was cut short due to the Coronavirus but he has a lot of great insight to share with us today. We talk about the importance of core fundamental values for a program, the impact of consistent messaging and how it helped him and his staff overcome some of the struggles of recent history and the skill of being flexible and adaptable as a coach and leader and how that trait contributes to your success as a leader.
