Coach Ernie graduated in 2009 and did not skip a beat. He started coaching immediately after, at the age of 18. He holds the record for the youngest coach in New Mexico State history. Currently he is a teacher & the Head Coach at Washington High School in Glendale, Arizona for the boys varsity basketball team. In this episode we discuss the struggles of coaching boys high school basketball, his involvement in USA & Snow Valley Basketball, and even the approach to addressing the Black Lives Matter movement with our teams.
