Today’s episode is the first of the Challenge Roth Training Series so who better to have on then Jenna-Caer Seefried who is the co-host on Pacing and Racing's Triathlon Sideline Chat Series and is also a triathlon coach, recent KONA qualifier, and Team MX Endurance Coach! 
So for those who haven’t heard; I will be doing my first full distance Triathlon at Challenge Roth in 2020 so I will be documenting my training journey as I prepare for this incredible race. In light of this, I wanted to connect with some of the best of the best in the triathlon industry to ask their advice and tips on training for your first full distance triathlon.  I hope to share this with all of you guys and I hope some of you are on a similar journey as I am and that these episodes can really help resonate with you and prepare you for your full distance triathlon! 
Not doing a full distance triathlon? No problem, don’t go anywhere! All of the training advice is practical advice for triathletes competing at all distances so don’t feel left out and I hope you guys learn from these episodes as well!
In this episode Jenna will talk to us about what it’s like training for a full distance race, how to do so safely, what it’s like competing in a full distance triathlon; and offers some amazing advice on how we can best prepare ourselves and how we can structure our training accordingly!
