This is a very special episode as Kevin and I finally get a chance to sit down for our most recent coaches interview.  We apologize in advance for all of our antics throughout the episode.  For whatever reason, the audio quality is pretty bad, but you can make out the majority of what we're talking about luckily.

Despite the not-so-great audio quality, Kevin and I dive into a bunch of aspects about his life.  I don't want to spoil it in the description for you, but you will learn A LOT about this awesome human including how he found CrossFit, and why he loves coaching so much.

As the newest addition to the Firewall team, we were so excited to do this recording.  If you haven't met Kevin yet, he's one of the nicest, most caring people in the world.  We could not be more thrilled to have him as the newest Firewall team member.  His coaching abilities are second to none, and he's filled with so much knowledge of the human body.
