Hannah Butler, Thalia Carr and Zoe Cohen explore the intersection of coaching and civil resistance. They discuss the importance of being honest about the current state of the world, the challenges of setting goals in a rapidly changing environment, and the responsibility of coaches to support individuals in navigating these complexities. The episode concludes with reflections on the evolving nature of coaching in the context of civil resistance.
The guests on this episode are discussing matters of global importance and are sharing their personal experiences, as we appreciate this may be of value to some of our members. Please be aware that although the conversations touch on political elements, EMCC is independent, and our role is to bring topics of interest and importance to our members.
As a highly experienced board-level director, and Master Coach, Zoe Cohen combines her two greatest passions: safeguarding the future of our one, shared planetary home; with enabling and encouraging people to shine and to take action. She finds joy in supporting individuals, teams and organisations who share these twin passions, both personally and professionally. Zoe believes in aspiring to be our best adult selves – in the moment, every moment – and challenging ourselves to step up to what we know we are capable of.
At the time of recording, Hannah Butler was Director for Coaching Practice with EMCC UK. Hannah is a qualified coach and trainer.
