Keith has a BS in Sports Medicine from East Carolina University and an Associate’s degree in Physical Education from Becker College. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association to work specifically with athletes. He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2001 and has experience in high school, college, and professional levels. Keith is a former three sport collegiate athlete, who specializes in performance training for both the scholastic and elite athlete.
