As the coaching profession continues to grow, it is important to address ethical considerations and needs. Because the skills course we teach at the Gateway is accredited by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), our focus is the ethical code provided by the organization. We encourage all coaches to work on strengthening their "ethical ears" and engage in a conversation that leads to a deeper understanding and application.
