In this episode, I talk with a young coach from Raleigh North Carolina. Diego Martinez built up a high-performance academy with kids who just picked up rackets. In their first JTT season, they didn't lose a match! I talked with Diego about what sort of things we as young coaches can do to improve our coaching and the relationship we have with the players. Being a young coach comes with its own problems which Diego and I both talked about. My hope for this episode is to give encouragement to other young coaches like us who are just beginning their journey.
