In episode #28, Coach Lou and Coach George sat down with the coach for all coaches, Dave Hadfield.  Dave is based out of New Zealand and is most known for his work in mental skills, mentoring coaches & players.  He has a masters degree in Psychology, a B.A in Social Sciences, and an elite level 3 coaching status from the Cricket board of New Zealand and Australia. Internationally he is known for his work with The All Blacks Rugby Team, which has the highest winning percentage in the world for a professional sports franchise.
