Coaching and the Benefits
Coaching in business has become almost non-existent for most people. It is a common occurrence to see managers and leaders hand job descriptions to team members with little additional direction and instruction.
Must I remind you of the time early in your career when you questioned whether you were performing your job duties accurately or completely because of limited feedback from your boss?
That’s why coaching individuals one-on-one is so important.
Does it take time? No. It doesn’t TAKE time, it’s an investment of your time.
