Fresh from a win against Oxford in his first year as coach of the Cambridge University Mens Boat Club, Rob gives us a fascinating insight of coaching Sport at the highest level.  We hear of his journey that took him from early days looking after boats, through his time with the Irish National squad, tremendous success with The Cambridge University Women's crew and onwards to his latest role with the men.
