She specializes in providing leadership coaching and workshops for underrepresented individuals (people of color, parents, international, women in tech, and the LGBTQ+ and disability communities). 
She also specializes in working with leaders who have a desire to: create equitable and inclusive teams, be aware of their blind spots, and recognize behaviors and circumstances that create barriers for underrepresented individuals. Her clients include Adobe, Gap, Intuit, James Irvine Foundation, and the City of Seattle Theatre for Young Audiences.
