Hello Cozy Caregiver Cafe Family!

Come listen to a conversation between me and my mom as we discuss a caregiving plan for her mobility and pain issues. During the call I'm in coaching mode, but my heart also breaking too. I want my mom's life to be as good as it possibly can be, and sometimes that means problem-solving, and sometimes that means I need to take a beat before re-entering the conversation.
