In this episode I do a coaching episode with my close friend and business partner Julia Rushlow. Julia is a talented and unique Play Therapist who specializes in working with children, parents and families using Non-Directive Play, Sand, and her amazing intuitive gifts.

• In this episode, Julia vulnerably shares her fears, doubts, and blocks about her recent launch, and she realizes how these mirror the feelings of the parents she’s serving (namely aloneness, self-doubt, self-judgment, and failure)
• Through coaching we get to the core concern that Julia is having and then use mindful-experiential methods for her to reach past the fears, concerns, and conditioning that cast doubt on her dreams
• Julia sees a clear vision of the feeling, energy, and embodiment state of her core desires and this is where she needs to create from
• We discuss how she can use this as a guidepost when she feels the conditioning pop back up in order to clarify her next steps and re-align her with her deeper mission and heart-based vision, rather than following what the fear and self-doubt would direct her to do
