Start by writing this sentence:

The action I’m avoiding is ______ because I’m afraid ______.

Then identify your next focused step:

  • If you need conversations, have five.
  • If you need appointments, practice asking for the next step.
  • If you need client confidence, ask a mentor to walk you through a consultation.
  • If you need transaction confidence, ask to shadow one specific part of the process.

Not everything.

Just one thing.
