Today's bottle review is courtesy of Coalition Whiskey. 

Coalition Whiskey offers a 100% rye whiskey, finished in Bordeaux barrels. They offer a Margaux, Sauternes, and the Pauillac, which is the expression I review here today. In addition to the barrel finished bottles, they also offer a barrel proof expression. 

This bottle is unique and delicious. The fruit forward nose followed up by a warm rye spice is a really nice combination of flavors, and offers a complexity in a rye that I really found enjoyable. Check out their website at www.coalitionwhiskey.com for more information.
