Doug Marcy is a Coastal Hazards Specialist at the NOAA Office for Coastal Management. He has been with NOAA 14 years working on enhancing flood inundation products and GIS capability, storm surge assessments, sea level rise, and coastal hazards assessment projects contributing to more disaster resilient communities.
