Harold Sparrow, President/CEO of the YMCA of Greater Hartford, and Chris McCluskey, Vice President of Community Renewal Team (CRT) in Hartford. They are teaming up to distribute roughly 300 winter coats - which arrived today from Ocean State Job Lot - to people in need in the area. The distribution of coats will begin at 10 am tomorrow at CRT.
