It’s official. Democrat Tedra Cobb from Canton in St. Lawrence County will again challenge Republican incumbent Elise Stefanik, who lives now in Schuylerville in Saratoga County, for the North Country’s seat in the House of Representatives. This sets up a rematch of the 2018 contest, just last year. Stefanik won by more than 30,000 votes.
