In this first episode of Code Red For Humanity, Anne and Adriana are joined by Sophia and Juni, two Leiden University students currently doing an LDE minor in Frugal Innovation for Sustainable Development. Through their project "Frugalis" they researched students' fashion consumption behaviour, and their views on slow sustainable fashion. Among others things, this episode covers the issues of the fast fashion industry, how to create slower consumption cycles and how to find more meaning by slowing down in fast societies.
