In this episode, it's the end of Codename: Sailor V! We pick up on the crazy cliffhanger from last episode. Sailor V fights the last of the monsters supplied by the Dark Agency, and Phantom Ace reveals his true identity. Through battling Phantom Ace, Minako begins seeing glimmers of her past life, and what being Sailor V has been preparing her form. Phantom Ace & Sailor V go head to head, and Minako finally answers the question she's been seeking this entire time: What is she really fighting for?
