Have you heard of CodeOp? A tech school only for women+ (inclusive of trans and non-binary), which is dedicated to changing the culture of tech. We hesitate to use the word "movement" to describe an organisation, but after speaking to Katrina, it is clear that CodeOp is a powerful force for change that is only just getting started.
