Victoria Albina is a Nurse Practitioner, Life Coach, has a Masters Degree in Public Health and is Certified Breathwork Practitioner. She coaches women raised by codependents and alcoholics to stop being anxious, exhausted and overwhelmed, so they can have better relationships with their partners, parents and themselves. She also helps people fix their adrenals, GI and digestive issues with functional medicine – so we’re gonna get a little nerdy, and a little woo-woo over here today!

Today’s main topics:

* Codependency and how it impacts self-care and self-compassion

* Codependency and the nervous system

* The intersection of psychological (stress, anxiety, emotions, etc.) and physiological symptoms (GI, adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, digestion, etc.)

* Why your gut issues keep coming back, even after religiously sticking to supplements, herbs, or an elimination diet

* Coping and stress management strategies during the current world situation

* Breathwork and how it works!

We’re also doing an Instagram LIVE together on Monday, April 13th – so tune in at 2pm EST (or watch the replay after!)

Hang out with Victoria!
