She then goes on to explain how a boundary course helped her realise that she needed to put a boundary in place with her sister and then how doing so created a multitude of different thoughts and feelings within her.

We also discuss The Drama Triangle, mainly the roles of victim and rescuer, how subtle these roles can be and how difficult it can be to shift out of whilst also staying in contact with someone who wants to continue to, even unconsciously, pull you back into an unhealthy exchange
