In this episode, we welcome Mehbs Remtulla, the founder of What's neXT?!, which he describes as "a community based and curated digital ecosystem, aimed at connecting Transitioners (defined as mid to late career individuals and self-described retirees) to opportunities for flexible work, giving back, and life-long learning. The mission of What’s neXT?! is to empower Transitioners to create and execute a personalized Longevity Playbook, so that they may lead engaged and purposeful lives into their next act." 

Our conversation dives deep into Mehbs' personal transition story and the insights that his team has gathered from a global community of fellow Transitioners. The What's neXT?! community aims to codesign a sense of purpose together with Transitioners, which includes embracing diversity, experimentation and prototyping.
