Understanding the times when people can’t be there for you, because they need to be there for themselves.

Pretending to be happy does not make us happy.

Always expect the unexpected and be prepared to manage the challenges that comes with change and reaching your goals.

Let’s go and let go of the past.

We need all of the support that we can get and all of the support that we can give in life.

Figure out how to manage your frustrations better.

Don’t be that person that people don’t like working with.
