So much fun talking with Billy Barnett of East West Express.  He and his family have done an amazing job growing their business and treating there drivers well.  Since it is still driver appreciation week, we talked about what efforts East West Express does to make their drivers feel known and appreciated. Billy talks about what they have been doing, are currently doing, and what plans they have in place to continually improve their driver experience.
