Sometimes it just pays to look. When a concessions vender in Denver Colorado was sorting his till, he noticed a dollar bill with an unusual error.
He reached out to currency expert Frederick Bart, who researched, verified, and ultimately purchased the note.
The note has mismatched serial numbers and an unusual green block instead of a digit.
