On today’s episode we go through all the data from our podcast. Everything from average listenership to how many countries have listened to it. Air temp is 44 degrees and water temp is 49.

The question Ron and I ask this morning is “where is your joy?” We cold plunge this morning in 55 degree water in the rain.

This mornings air temp was 32 degrees with water temp at 38 degrees. What is it about being alone that breaks us?

It’s warming up fast! Water temp jumped up to 55 degrees. We will see how may more weeks we get out to plunge.

Water temp about 34 degrees today March 9th in Pottstown PA. Mitch, Jeremy, Tom, Stephen, Ron, and myself (Brandon ) jump into the water. Today’s conversation was around the warm spring weather and what we do when we’re t first hits 70 degrees outside.

Ron and Brandon have a conversation about that first 60 seconds of cold plunging being the worst part of the experience and how it’s so easy to give up unless you have others around you who have already been through that discomfort. When we are part of a community we get to help each other through the hard parts and remind each other that there is hope for the future!

Is it better to get a moment of relief from your pain just to go back to that same pain? or better not to experience the relief at all? This was the topic of conversation in today’s cold plunge conversation! Special shout out to Shawn who joined us this morning for the first time!

My sister in law has been struggling with vertigo for a few months now and is curious if cold plunging might help. In doing some research it doesn’t seem like many studies have been done around vertigo and cold plunging although people say it might not be a good idea.
