Two morning rituals clash in an epic battle over our core body temperature. Today we experimented to see how drinking something hot affects us as we cold plunge. The hardest part was remembering to take a sip!

This morning had 29° weather water just below freezing and a thin layer of ice. Tue question for today was “what does your perfect day look like?”

Jeremy, Mitch, Eli, Ron, and Brandon keep the cold plunge going into the new year! Mitch reports that his cardiologist not only supports cold plunging but does it himself! Another win for the cold plunging community!

Eli, Ron, and Mitch chat through some of the sweet perks of their jobs, from working from home to extra time off, companies do a variety of things to keep employees happy!

Most of us wear neoprene booties for our cold plunging. A couple guys also have neoprene gloves. Does this take away from the benefits of cold plunging? Well, it depends…

Mitch, Brandon, Elli, and Ron talk this morning about living a pure life and what that means to us as followers of Jesus. Ice was about 3” thick this morning and air temperature was about 20 degrees.

Special shout out this morning to Sam and Gabe for coming out and joining the cold plunge crew! This morning was 27°F with water temperature of 33°F. At this point in the season, we are starting to break up ice, which is about a half an inch thick. Our conversation this morning was around the topic of near death experiences. Also, Jeremy and Brandon both try neoprene booties for the first time.
