Special shout out this morning to Sam and Gabe for coming out and joining the cold plunge crew! This morning was 27°F with water temperature of 33°F. At this point in the season, we are starting to break up ice, which is about a half an inch thick. Our conversation this morning was around the topic of near death experiences. Also, Jeremy and Brandon both try neoprene booties for the first time.

Monday, November 24 in Pottstown Pennsylvania. Air temperature 34°F. Water temperature 42°F. Today’s attendance nine people with one Ron coming back for the second time and Payton joining for the first time. We discussed in this episode how we find motivation for doing things we do not want to do.
