BP Fam, the week of February 14 saw an intense cold snap envelope the nation.  Texas was particularly hit hard by sub zero temperatures, unprepared infrastructure, and a dismal state government response.  Anthony, who lives in Texas, discusses his experience with Carlos as well as what should have been done to prevent this from wreaking so much havoc in the lonestar state.
