Just the day after Verlander's no-hitter, Gerrit Cole reminded us all of his strong case for the AL Cy Young award. Cole turned in a 6-inning, 14-strikeout performance against the Brewers, as he retook the MLB lead in strikeouts. The Astros really do have the best 1-2 punch in baseball. Gavin Lux made his major league debut yesterday and contributed two hits for the Dodgers. Expect a lot more of that.
