Kip was so inspired by Kavita Gupta's insight in last week's episode about doing student "check ins" that he decided to do one himself. As a result of that, one of his students - Quiana - spoke up and shared how she wanted to include her own personal passions into the new learning landscape Kip's school was forming. Kip advocated for her to his principal and before he knew it, his school was planning an entire school-wide virtual passion project around Quiana's idea.
