Austin co-authored Information Architecture: Blueprints For The Web, 2nd ed. (New Riders/Peachpit Press, 2009). His work is also featured in Information Architecture For The World Wide Web, 3rd ed. (O’Reilly, 2007) and The User Experience Team of One (Rosenfeld 2013). He writes and speaks about creating better experiences, better products, and better teams.
