This is made more interesting by the fact that Brad and Spencer worked at Caterpillar and Joy Mining simultaneously as robotics engineers. We look at the culture and risk profile of the mining industry, as well as some clever "blocking strategies" that Caterpillar used to make it more difficult for Joy Mining to compete with them.
