Carlee Wolfe is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. She has worked across many different companies of different sizes and she saw the need for digital transformation for those on the frontline. She sits down with host Justin Lake to talk about some of the challenges frontline workers face.

  • Change can plug into most change but you need to think about how it will affect those on the frontline. Corporate employees don’t see the same work as frontline employees so they need to take their opinion on technology change into consideration.

I never pretend to be the expert in everything, but I try to do a good job of knowing who is. For example if we were working together and I didn't have an answer, let's go find it together and let's learn together. I think there's power in that.”
