Sometimes when life is hard and you cant make it easier all we can do is to try to adjust our baseline. I do this by making sure I have little things that make me happy. The super secret trick to this working every-time is that you have to do them even when you don't feel like it! Motivation is a fickle bitch and if you wait around on her to lead you you will be continually disappointed.
