This one is a wild one! My sister is someone I talk to every single day and sometimes I forget some of the things she has gone through. She has always wanted to share these stories, and I feel grateful to navigate this conversation and give her the platform to do it.
Whether you know Celeste or not, this conversation is sure to leave you with audible gasps as well as surprise that so many harsh things can happen to one person in such a short amount of time. I'm proud of her for who she is and I'm glad to share her with you!
TRIGGER WARNING: We discuss topics like gun violence, break ins, death, and car accidents.
Follow along with Celeste's journey!

Hi everyone, I'm back!
I wanted to create a solo episode explaining where I've been and share the exciting news that I'm pregnant!
This episode talks about things holding me back from creating such as a rebrand and perfectionism and how I found some acceptance around that.
Then I get into my pregnancy so far, now that I'm over halfway through it!
We talk nausea, food aversions, weight gain, the gender of the baby, how I'm feeling, how many times this took, and whether or not it was planned.

In this solo episode, I answer questions I've received from Instagram. A lot of them have to do with my acting role on Fallout, so it might be worth checking out season 2 if you want to see my face a few different times!
This episode was really fun for me to reflect back on things like auditions, acting roles, and doubts I've encountered along my journey in parkour.

In this episode of Collecting Scars, I’m joined by Max Henry—one of the most technical, thoughtful, and controlled athletes in parkour.
I’ve known Max for over ten years, but this conversation gave me a deeper look into his story, his mindset, and how he’s been able to train for nearly two decades with so much longevity. We talk about parkour, van life, parenthood, community, and the mentality that has shaped the way he moves through both training and life.
Max shares his goalless approach to parkour, why nothing ever truly needs to be done, and how removing pressure can lead to better training, stronger self-trust, and fewer injuries over time.
This episode is reflective, grounded, and full of perspective. Some of my best training sessions have been with Max and his wife Christine, and this conversation felt just as meaningful.
We also recorded a companion episode on Max’s podcast, The Takeoff Pod, which I’ll link below.
Thanks so much for listening. Let’s get into it. ✨

In this solo episode, I get into why 2016 was not only one of my hardest years, but also one of the most transformative. I talk about the difficulties I had living paycheck to paycheck, and how ten years ago I dreamed about where I am now. If anything, I hope this episode helps you shift the way you see your own struggles or helps you realize that you're not alone in your difficulties.

Something that is not talked about enough is the identity shifts that take place when you're "past your prime." I wanted to quickly touch on this and there will be a longer episode on this in the future. I hope you enjoy!
