Someone once told me recently that pain is pleasure wanting to punish me and I realized fully what they meant from their view point that there is beauty within the things that we cannot control to free ourselves of limiting expectations and that suffering is in fact part of the process but also when we seek pleasure all the time we are in fact hurting ourselves too by not respecting ourselves and not able to be in control of our desires at all.
