Past episodes, 6 & 7 mention the unique dynamic of taking control of one's power, through resilience. Our first step is to realize that we are enveloped within our surroundings. Our first step is our awareness. Our second step comes from our growth, our ability to look up to the sky and reach. Through this episode, we will talk about the practice of utilizing our resilience and ways others, including ourselves, can benefit from doing so. 

As a continuation of episode 6, we dive headfirst into our resilience. From the last episode, we talk about our 'Awareness' is the key to our 'Resilience'.  After we become aware, the crucial steps afterward become the most important. Growth. How do we grow? Growth often takes time. Growth is also Resilence's best friend and when we combine the two, what results do we get? 

Often times, when we look at ourselves, we see how far we've come. However, there are times that we can't see our way forward. What if there was a way to utilize the very strengths we possess, to take control of our future? Our existence lies within our resilience.
