K(no)w Last Names is a student-led podcast from members of the Science Department DEI Committee at Chatham University. Our aim is to bridge the gap between students and professors one conversation at a time, diving into their life outside of academia, as well as talking about their trials and triumphs leading up to now. We touch on varying topics and have sincere, organic conversations with our professors. One consistent theme is the role of personal social identities and their impact on our professors lives and careers. We stand by the belief that Science is a collaborative effort and therefore must be a nourishing ground for different perspectives and backgrounds.
