Newly graduated Lucas "Howie" Howett of Western Illinois reflects on his cross country and track career. The Warsaw, Indiana native is now a soil consultant. Interestingly, Howie lived in the room that is now used as the studio for Running Refresh. After giving his thoughts on the studio, Howie talks soil, triathlon training, and baseball.
