College Dropout to $350M by Age 25- Rob Beardsley
Rob dropped out of college to pursue real estate investing. In the last four (4) years, he became known for his underwriting model/template for analyzing properties and author of The Definitive Guide to Underwriting Multifamily Acquisitions. Now Rob has taken the lead in several syndications of apartment properties totaling $350M in property under management. Two properties have gone full-cycle (been sold) and exceeded income projections significantly. He also just released his newest book Structuring and Raising Debt and Equity for Real Estate, which can be found at StructuringandRaising.com. We do not think he will be going back to college!
