Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Privilege. These are words whose meaning should be thought of often. These are words that should be considered when looking for a college and a campus community. I'm joined by Trice, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator at KVCC, to talk about what these words mean, the impacts they have, and how to create healthy expectations as you head off to college.
