The College World Series is front and center in this episode of the College Baseball Now podcast. No. 7 national seed Louisville is making its fourth College World Series appearance in school history, including the third in the last five seasons, as the Cardinals open the 71st edition of the event against Texas A&M; (41-21) Sunday at 1 p.m., CT at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha. Texas A&M; is making its sixth appearance in the CWS.

TCU is making its fourth straight trip to the College World Series. The Horned Frogs are the first team since North Carolina accomplished the feat from 2006-09 to go four consecutive years. TCU will face Florida, which is making its sixth trip to Omaha in O’Sullivan’s 10 years as the head coach in Gainesville.
