CalamarPark, an initiative of Cabrito Consulting, is developing a modular, semi-mobile underwater research station, the European Underwater Research Station, for various applications including research, tourism, and space training. The design prioritizes habitability and cost-effectiveness through a scalable, easily transportable modular structure. A collaboration with the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR) will locate a station off the coast of Greece, primarily serving Euro-Mediterranean Partnership countries. The project emphasizes long-term sustainability, environmental protection, and STEM promotion.
