Lisa and Sue continue their discussion about colonoscopies with part 2, including a sure-to-be-viral rap about the joys of colonoscopies. They phone Sue's friend Anne, who describes choosing a colonoscopy over “poo in a box” testing at 50, enduring the prep, and the awkward loss of dignity when a male nurse she knew assisted. 

Sue and Lisa compare screening options, joke about medical jobs involving stool samples, and rank procedures such as pelvic exams, mammograms, stress tests, colonoscopies, and endoscopy, emphasizing that the prep and waiting are the worst parts. 

They share post-sedation silliness, discuss polyps and repeat screening intervals, compare colonoscopies to dental cleanings, and once again pitch their “prep pants” ideas.
