This week I had a random interaction that has lead me to think a lot about oppressive language vs. free language. The paradigm shift in our country towards POC freeing their language is a beautiful thing. However, I am seeing a lot of oppressive language being used from people from every end of every spectrum. These are some musings about that. I also researched communism for the first time this week based on the same random interaction and some of my findings are here as well.
