In this section of scripture, Paul shares his prayer for the Colossians: that they may be filled with the knowledge of God and bear fruit in every good work, be strengthened with the power of the Lord for endurance and patience, and joyfully give thanks to the Father who has qualified us for heaven—delivering us from darkness into the Kingdom of heaven through Jesus Christ.
